I Witness

Wild Wednesday …

… cruising.

We left Juneau last night around 10 pm … next stop Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier.

Today was a cruising day (no port) as we made our way up Endicott Arm towards the Dawes Glacier.  Thankfully it was very smooth sailing.
And the scenery was amazing!  My collage shows us standing on the deck of our ship, Dawes Glacier from a distance and a close up view of the Glacier.  And, yes, it was cold enough that we needed gloves and a hat!

After sailing up Endicott Arm the ship pivoted and sailed back out.  It really was lovely.  Although I was a little disappointed we didn’t see any sea life.  No seals or whales.  No nothing.

For dinner tonight we ate at one of the specialty restaurants on board ship … The Pinnacle Grill.  It was a delayed anniversary celebration since I was feeling so poorly on our actual anniversary two days ago.  The food was delicious!  But the company was even better.  xoxo

Tomorrow will see us in Sitka, Alaska.
