Incoming...

I hope this photo looks better on whatever device you are viewing it than it does on my laptop. It looks great on my phone, and better than this on the desktop. I can't understand why the colour looks faded and washed out on my laptop...

I decided to Blip this mainly due to the bee that flew into the shot as I was in the process of taking it. The flower is some sort of Gladioli I believe... Otherwise it would have been the mallards in the extra - kind of in the shade and kind of not! They let me get quite close to take the photo. 

Although we have seen plenty of butterflies, bees etc. when out walking elsewhere I have not seen as many in the Arbo. All I saw today was a couple of little Holly Blue butterflies and about three bees including this one. 

The final bill for my Mum's care home arrived today. It will settle the account and they want a sizable sum. I will have to contact them to say that they will need to wait until probate is done to get their cash - Hopefully they won't charge interest...

I have been out for a couple of walks today but otherwise it has been a lazy one, aside from a strenuous yoga session.
