Day 128. Urban Wildlife.

Day 128.
Grateful for urban wildlife.
I get so much pleasure from finding wildlife in places that most people drive or walk past.
Today, I had the pleasure of a lovely walk around the Queensferry Crossing with Calum and Georgia as part of our training for our Breast Cancer Now fundraising. Lots of trees and butterflies, but also a Kestrel hovering and a Skylark gei'ing it laldy. It's just amazing how wildlife continues to flourish despite mankind's efforts to prevent it.
2.5. miles covered today. A yoga session from sleepyhead Tracy (bloody amazing after no sleep!) and some gardening to kept the joints oiled. A lovely catch-up with the glorious Carolyn  just topped up what turned out to be a better day altogether.
