Longhorn

Probably my favourite beetle, the Golden-bloomed Grey Longhorn. I only seem to see one every few years, so I make sure to include it here when I do.

Today’s butterflies: Peacock, Speckled Wood, Orange-tip, Green-veined White, Small White & Large Skipper.

Also spotted a very vocal Whitethroat.

I’m supposed to be on leave for a week now, but I wasn’t as successful at completing work tasks today as I was hoping, so I may have to pick up a few things next week. First a trip to Wales…
