Back Blip

I couldn’t Blip yesterday as my vision was blurry.
The day before I had a flash in my left eye whenever I looked to the right and also floaters. It was annoying more than anything. I phoned Specsavers and they gave me an appointment for yesterday afternoon.The optician was very thorough and the result was -‘Nothing to worry about, it’s age related and after a while you won’t notice the flash or the floaters.’
She also said I should avoid really bright light as that would make it worse.
I immediately thought about being in the conservatory doing art as the sun shines really bright for most of the day. I’ll have to get some reading sunglasses. I never actually sit in the sun outdoors, always in the shade.
The drops she put in my eye obviously made my vision all blurry and I ended up with a headache too. I couldn’t read at bedtime either.
Anyway much better today (Saturday)
I’ll just have to get used to getting old! :-[]
