A man playing a saw

What do we have here? A marvellous musician, with an exquisite voice playing a saw. He was appearing at the East Gate Bookshop, Totnes singing songs about books. Each one was beautifully sung by Paul Armfield who has a wonderful voice. He also sang songs about trees, and occasionally played the saw. It was a special evening. He is also a bookseller from the Isle of Wight. There are links to these lovely poetic songs on his website.

In the morning we were on Dartmoor trying to see that elusive cuckoo. Only heard  but not seen again.
