Last meanders

A last morning dip at my favourite cove. A last wander around the island and a walk along the beautiful white sandy beaches. An afternoon tea and cake when the rain came in, and a walk back wrapped up against the rain, watching all the flowers and plants spring back to life with the return of the water. There was that lovely rain smell after a long dry spell. Then an evening curled up under a blanket watching the wild wet and windy night develop from the window.
