Grateful for petrichor.
I have really enjoyed the amazing spell of lovely weather we've had, but we live in a country that needs rain.
The rain arrived, and the woods were scented by glorious petrichor. I love it. It makes me imagine life stirring beneath the earth...
Despite yesterday's pain, I managed 4.5 miles today, which I am pretty proud of. Just over 80 miles in May. We're slowly creeping towards our target but any donations this week will inspire us for the long walk next Saturday. Quietly confident of my body holding out to reach the 100.
