Oops!

Backblip

I drove home from Leeds and then got a friend to take me to the walk in centre as I was concerned that I couldn't straighten my arm fully. 4.5 hrs later they had confirmed that I had actually fractured my elbow - oops! 

J collected me and we went for fish and chips on the way home. Having been away for 10 days I need to do some shopping and preparing meals isn't going to be very easy now!
