Interesting birthday "treat"

Backblip

J took me out to the supermarket this morning so I could stock up. The challenge was working out what I would manage to cook with one arm!

Before i went away I had invited J for a belated birthday meal. I had taken yesterday and today as holiday so that I could do some housework and it would also give me time to prepare a meal. My injury put paid to that! 

I did buy the salmon and a bottle of wine. J had a mindful chef recipe, which she prepared and cooked at home, minus the salmon. She then brought it to mine to finish the cooking. So, I invited her to come to me for a birthday meal but she had to provide some ingredients and cook it herself! :-)

I've back blipped the last couple of days.
