Pancakes!

My pancakes are usually not very pretty and a bit rubbery but not today ! I didn’t even get the usual mutant first pancake! It must be my new halogen hob or different pan. Either way I’m happy.
I had intended posting a photo from the Scottish Gardening Festival at Hamilton Racecourse yesterday. But I didn’t take any. Truth be told it was a bit disappointing. Mostly gardening stalls from our local garden centres, only two ‘show’ gardens and no exhibitions like the ones you used to get when it was held at Ingleston years ago. Lots of moaning on social media about it too Still, there’s new people organising it so they have to start somewhere and learn from their mistakes. Hopefully it will be better next time
