Mildly chuffed?

       As I'm sure I've mentioned; laterly I did quite a bit of the cooking - BUT - certain jobs remained Alice's.  If I live 'till I die I'll never know/remember whether it was by choice, or command another - BUT - whichever, the result was in all our married life I'd never made an Omelette; until now that is.
       I've just passed my Teacher.  Alice always finished her Omelettes under the Grill; some time ago I started to practice flipping.  As you may havfe noticed online some flip attempts leave somewhat to be desired.  I've seen Omelettes, Pancakes, etc. virtually launched into orbit, not come down (Pan up to Ceiling) and even Cook left holding Handle whil Pan + contents dive floorwards.
       NOT my first attempt, but I can now flip with 99.99999% success rate.  On the left - Flipped.   On the right - why are they almost always served folded?  B T W the green is Ramsons flower stalks; you can't easily see the white of the Flowers.
       Just F Y I - not tiny burnt fragments Tiny milled Pepper fragments.
