Bank holiday jigsaw.
More accurately it’s a two bank holiday weekends jigsaw.
I started it at the beginning of May when the arrival of the early bank holiday brought with it cold weather after some lovely sunny days in late April. Did quite a bit of it but it’s a toughie and so I had it to finish over this second May bank holiday with its wet weather! Finished it yesterday afternoon.
I do like Angela Harding’s art work and I think this is the fourth one I’ve done but they are not easy. The central hedgerow here was the hardest bit to do. Doing the jigsaw does help you to see how the art is created and I find her lines and crosses quite mind boggling!
When we called to see my sister in law on our way home from Scotland she gave me a bag full of jigsaws so I’m well set up for the cooler season but I don’t really want to think about that time of year just now. Hopefully we will have summer back soon!
Thank you R for the lovely jigsaws I may have to indulge doing some sooner.
