The plants are all going mad in the rain!
I'm not a great one for taking painkillers, if I get a headache I'd rather drink some water, but the electric shocks down my leg drove me to the tablets this morning. I had no ibuprofen but I did have Solpadene with Codeine and caffeine... goodness knows where they came from, but I took them as the sciatica was so bad I was struggling to do most of the exercises. By the time I got to the charity shop the pain was much reduced thank goodness.
Footfall was much reduced as well due to the incessant rain, so there were plenty of opportunities to walk up and down the shop to keep moving, the best thing for sciatica.
When I got home mid-afternoon I'd had two missed calls from Toyota, so I phoned them and we discussed days for the MOT to be done. It should've been done in Guildford, so Toyota Derby will do the test and pass the cost on. After which I went for a walk - in the dry - to get some ibuprofen!
