Akbuk Market

This week's Tuesday Akbuk market collage shows just some of the dried goods, nuts and spices stalls.  I was there this morning with Gaby, John and Janice. My purchases included a kilo each of carrots, broccoli, tomatoes and red peppers (each less than £1) as well as two pairs of shorts, one summer dress, and a cotton bed sheet. Couldn't buy any more than that as by then my arms were falling off !

So, with all arms laden, we went back to my villa to drop off our purchases, especially to put the HUGE salmon that John bought in to the fridge, and collect Rufus of course, and then we walked to Paşa for a leisurely lunch.  

Once everyone had gone home, what was left of the day has been spent engaged in household chores.  Builders arrive tomorrow to start work on the creation of a sun room on the flat roof - a major project that will take approximately three weeks. An abundance of photos to follow, I guess. I'm now going to watch a Netflix movie so for today, That's all folks ! Thank you for stopping by.
