Dwarfed

M and I spent today in Norwich. We dropped the car off at the dealership for a small job to be done and caught the Park & Ride into the city centre.

Our first stop was a coffee in John Lewis. This rather confusing view is looking out through the modern structure of the store’s cafe across the rooftops of some older buildings behind. I wonder what it must be like to live in one of these old houses with a modern department store leering over you.
