Aquilegia

After months of dry weather, the day we had our conservatory roof and windows replaced it rained (which was fortunate in a way as we discovered quite quickly that the roof was leaking).  However, the further rain that we've had over the last week has meant that the repair of the leak was delayed at the last minute.  It's now due to be sorted out at the end of next week. So the buckets remain in place.

So, Ziggy is having to stay in the cattery for another week, much to his delight I'm sure. It's annoying but hopefully once it's sorted we'll be able to enjoy using the conservatory again.  We have already noticed that the insulated roof has made a big difference to the temperature in there. It always used to be so cold or so hot in there compared to the rest of the bungalow.  It's much more even now between the two areas.
