Harlow Carr, Harrogate

With a four day long weekend, J and I arranged to take a trip to visit B in Harrogate and spend some time in Yorkshire.

Perfect weather to arrive and spend a long afternoon catching up while enjoying a wander around Harlow Carr. We picked up lunch at Bettys on our way in to the garden and sat on a picnic bench near a pond with a dragon fly and damselflies. A great variety of iris throughout the garden, candelabra primula, rhododendron and wisteria adding a variety of colours. 

Time for a wander around Harrogate itself before a great meal at Domo.
