Hello mum come and play

Today (Wednesday) has been one annoying day. We were expecting DPD to come and collect a parcel, they had messaged it would be between 9am and 5pm, so I had to stay in and wait, then about 11am we got a message to say it would be picked up between 2.29pm and 3.29pm. We were able to track the van on the app. as it got near to 3.29 we watched for him and sure enough up comes the DPD van he stopped over the other side of the road, got out, and took a parcel to number 15, who weren't in so he went up to 19 and left it there, I was standing at the door and waved to him as he was looking round, then he got in the van and went, So I thought maybe not the collection van so I checked the app again and it said "when he had called at the house the parcel wasn't packed and ready to collect". I was really annoyed. He hadn't even been to the house.
Took ages to find a phone number which when I did went through to a main place. I explained what had happened to a very helpful girl, who put me on hold while she rang the depot, when she came back she said they said they would try to contact the driver so he could come back. Of course he never did. So tomorrow I am going to have to sort it all out. Grrrr some people annoy me. A wasted day waiting.

Now that cat she's been at it again. She was sat at the door, so I opened it up and off she went in the direction of the greenhouse, I closed the door and locked it. I then went and sat down (waiting for DPD) and I was reading my book, never moved from the chair. Paula was already upstairs. Half an hour later she came down for a cuppa and what came down with her but That Black Cat. I swear it's been watching Star Trek and worked out how to transfer "beam me up Scottie" she really is a Magical Misty Mistoffelees. I've told her she's a witchy cat.

Well goodnight and lets hope I can get things sorted tomorrow (Thursday)
