So we celebrate flowers. Main is a camellia which flowers in Autumn and early winter. In extras are a mix of summer, spring and autumn flowers with a few that enjoy winter. The garden is a bit confused. The flowers are scarce but I have a reasonable mix. 

This morning I had coffee with my friend Clarissa. I’m her official mentor - she is a sweetie. In the afternoon I decided to try a walk around the block. I shouldn’t have gone as I wasn’t feeling 100% and really struggled. Had to stop 3 times and it was less than 1km. Luckily Bob came with me and I felt pretty down when I got home and still feel off. Think I will head to bed.
