The photo shows the apple tree, tayberry and raspberry. There are some strawberries too. The quince is still very small.
The weather continues to be very changeable. It is sunny at the moment but the forecast says there is a strong likelihood of rain. Paul just mentioned that he read in the paper that the Northwest is included in the drought area. I hope we don't get a hose pipe ban!
I have done the vacuuming, fed the cats, topped up the mealworms for the garden birds and done the housework.
I have found a quaint black and white film on Talking Movies, "I remember Mama." It's about the reminiscing of a Norwegian family. A writer reflects on her childhood with a Norwegian mother at the turn of the last century in San Francisco.
