Fascinating place. Main pic is a time and tide calculator, a long time before computers!

The extras are from the Canning and Printing museum, the two processes bound together because of the huge fishing industry which tinned the small fish caught locally, such as sprats and herrings, shown being smoked. The tins then were labelled using vibrant colours. The history of both processes is told very well here.
