Well this is a first, for me anyway! Apparently the Post Office bought 800 vans late last year and say they will gradually repaint them... but let's see.

I spent the morning reclining on the floor, as it's not terribly comfortable to sit on the settee, but after lunch I got the bus into town to relieve the boredom. 

I bought a pair of sandals from M&S, which will be going back as they're not going to be comfy, and a pair of gold hoop earrings - thankyou Nationwide!

By that time rush hour had begun and I didn't fancy bussing it the whole way home, too uncomfortable. So I caught the bus for a couple of miles then got off and walked, getting onto the green path that goes all the way to Mickleover, following the disused railway line. Two glasses of water and painkillers were very welcome when I got home.
