Just checking

After a wasted journey in search of an Open Garden that wasn’t, I decided to pop over to check on our local rare orchids.

The very rare variety has not yet opened but I was thrilled to see so many of the more common varieties flourishing. The mower man I saw some weeks ago was as good as his word, and it is a delight to see.

For my blip I tried to give a flavour of the rich variety and I’ve put a couple of close ups in extras.
