Stockport Indoor Market…

The Indoor Market opened in 1862 apparently. I’d love to have seen what was for sale here then.
Today we had a lovely lunch nearby, five star rated most definitely appropriately. And spent a few bob on fripperies/greeting cards and stuff.

We got back for our train back in plenty of time but Himself wandered off to find us a (necessary) brew and I had one foot on the train and one on the platform when he reappeared! Twenty seconds to spare.
