Swimming and Flowering Graves
We are so lucky in that Marlane's sister and Brother and Law have a swimming pool. They built it themselves, dug it all out, lined it etc. and even built the surround and roof. He's got matt black pipes running all over the roof to heat the water.
I didn't go in today, wasn't feeling 100% but I think it was the breakfast that I had. I normally have a couple of Weetabix and yoghurt. Today I attended the AFVBC (Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club). I ate a moderate breakfast, compared to the vast majority of the 50 odd people attending. It is held at the Toby Carvery, Brockworth in Gloucester and it costs £7.99 for all you can eat and it happens on the last Saturday of each month. I mostly go for the chat but I had 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 1 hash brown, 1 fried egg and two slices of toast. Many just pile their plates, finish it and go back for more. It just amazes me that they have such rotund figures! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The other two photographs are my father in law and sister in law graves which I look after. The flowers are starting to look good, Geraniums were planted a couple of weeks ago. The other plants, Carnations and Aubretia have been in the graves for a while, in my Father in Law's grave it's been one and half years since it was dug up for my Mother in Law's funeral but I dug up the Aubretia and saved it for replanting which I did early January 1974.
