The Humber Bridge

Our friends D and L live close to the Humber Bridge so we travelled in a motorhome convoy of two northwards from Louth and stopped to enjoy the view of the bridge, as well as a tasty breakfast at The Old Tile Works (where they still make tiles) in the shadow of the Humber Bridge. After breakfast (for me, a pancake stack with bananas, bacon and maple syrup) we walked along the path beside the Humber estuary and below the bridge, enjoying the view in all directions.
Sadly, it was time to say goodbye all too soon. D and L drove home while we went over the bridge(extra), heading for the North York Moors.

PS Apparently the two towers of the Humber Bridge are one mile apart.
