Lone Poppy

All alone in the corner of a wheat field grew this solo poppy.  I spied it on my first rehab walk following foot surgery in February. I am walking because I still can't run although I was tempted when speed-walking along a flat bit of road. I managed 5km which for a first attempt is okay.
