Cake!

Out for a bike ride this morning with OH. It is part of my "back to fitness" regime to do as much as I can to restore my fitness before I start running again.  My foot is still swollen from surgery in Feb and is taking much longer to go down than I thought it would hence no running.  

We stopped at a lovely cafe in the grounds of Ketteringham Hall in Norfolk and enjoyed coffee and of course I had to test the standard of cake.  It passed with flying colours. Bike ride was good too!
