Not a rose ...
This, apparently, is a Harlequin ladybird larva. It’s absolutely tiny, and is sitting on a hollyhock leaf in our back garden.
Apart from watching our church service online this morning, the day has mainly been spent feverishly making as many cards as possible so that I can take them up to the Atrium tomorrow morning to fill up the gaps in the card stand when it re-opens after half term. I’ve really enjoyed myself, and have been very productive.
Smithers, of course, enabled me to do it by producing a delicious lunch (grilled salmon and salads) which was eaten al fresco in the sunshine with The Traveller and his girlfriend.
And do I get a gold star for managing to blip something other than a rose today?
