Classic Cars display in Perth city centre

Usual Saturday morning class #beingconsistent!

Lisa my physio isn’t usually there on a Saturday morning but she had missed one during the week so appeared today. There was only 8 of us instead of 12 . Lisa was paired with me and we had a laugh going round.

S picked me up and we got ready and got the bus into town. Bau Bau first and Francesca told us that Neil , her husband and co owner of Bau Bau had an op on Tuesday and it’s 99% certain her has testicular cancer. He’s only 43! What a shame and not that long ago one of their lurchers broke a leg, now this on top of starting a new business together. Her brother Alberto was over from Treviso helping meanwhile .

We went to the classic car show . I was chatting to an elderly guy who owned Annie, a 1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. What a machine. He invited me to sit inside it . Such luxury, the leather seats were so comfortable. He explained all the dials etc. it was automatic and the gear stick was in the steering column. He takes it out once a week for a drive on a 10 mile route to keep it ticking over. It was an interesting chat.

We walked down to Tay Street where there was many more and also a few character cars and the Batmobile. The kids were enjoying them.

Home, made the tea, and watched the film Conclave. I had read the book which of course had much more in it. And they changed the main characters name to Lawrence….

Managed to get our hotel for Stockholm booked. It looks nice and also includes breakfast.
