I'm doing progress in the painting, but slowly, and I haven't yet figured out how I'm going to solve the height problem so that I can conveniently work conveniently and safely at six metres on the gables. I'll save them until last and work on solutions.

I try to do other things than painting as well, it's quite tiring for the body running up and down ladders and the platform and i can't paint in direct sunlight so I do some gardening or indoor work, there's always some admin towards the end of the month. 
I was surprised about how high and healthy looking the hollyhock has become, I sowed several last autumn but this one was the only one who took off. I brought some seeds from the last place I lived, I had many hollyhock there and they spread willingly, hopefully they will multiply here too. The bramble bush shot one single branch last autumn and I tied it up but it kept falling down. Now I've let it find its own ways to grow, maybe there will be some berries too eventually.
