Meteorological Summer?

The weather has been chaotic today. It was too wild to cycle so I drove to J and J’s. They are having a few problems and I was able to give some advice in a tree capacity. I returned home made W lunch and then we went round to K’s to meet the puppy. She fell asleep in W’s arms snoring loudly. We then went for a walk round Nicky Nook 4.2 miles in 1.5 hours with 725 ft of climbing according to Strava. Back home I made tea and then drove up Longridge Fell and walked up to the trig point where I took this photo.
