Towering

Back into Burnaby today for my 3rd and final shot.  For some reason, they didn't seem to grasp the fact that it's hard to be definitive about its efficacy when the hip is still giving me problems. WE'll see.
Home again with a leg of lamb in the oven and later to watch the Whitecaps in the Concacaf Champions League final in Mexico City against Cruz Azul.
I hope they win.


Ah well...
