Wang

I needed to stock up on horse feed today - I could obtain the same product at the same price in Lithgow but prefer to travel an extra few kms to Wallerawang - more relaxing, lovely scenery and a visit to the Wallerawang Bakery!!
Lake Wallace in the blip used to be the cooling pond for the decommissioned Wallerawang Power Station but is now a beautiful recreation area for sailing and camping. The dam on the Cox’s River is behind the tree in the thumbnail and the road, until 30 years ago was the Great Western Highway, the main road out of Sydney to the west.
