Today's the day ...................... for a hairy monster

Another great session at the Walking Football  this evening - and two new players to boost the numbers.

The above is a strange thing that happens - to only a few of us - when we play on the astro-turf pitch.  Presumably it is some kind of static-electric reaction between some people's trainers and the 'grass'.  The green fibres stick to legs and shoes, like a sort of hairy monster.
 
Although we haven't been going for long, Cindy the Trainer has entered a team in the Walking Football Scottish Cup & Festival  at Glasgow Green on Saturday.  So that will be good experience for everyone who's going - that we can all benefit from in the long term ......................
