Collecting

……….. I believe this is a Dark European Honey Bee - it looks like the right shape to me but I’m very happy to be corrected ;-)

I also saw one of the more usual coloured Honey Bees enjoying the new rose blooms ……… and that’s the first honey bee I’ve seen this year ;-)

Last week my sofa was taken away to be reupholstered as it’s seen better days and was very scruffy and worn but was still in reasonable condition. I got the phone call today to say it was being brought back tomorrow - the upholsterer was very pleased with how it turned out, saying that the frame and springs were in excellent condition and that it would last another 30 years ( not bad for a 30 year old sofa, eh ). I’m very excited to see it back in situ as it’s so hard to imagine what it will look like when you’ve only got a small swatch of material to look at and choose from ;-))

The extra is for Soozsnaps - this is the label from the flower I blipped a few days ago and you asked me what it was. I posted the blip of the flower while I was in bed and I couldn’t remember what it was to write it in the blip, hope that helps ;-)
