Happy Birthday Portia

15 today! A quirky funny lovable companion.
On another lovely warm sunny day she enjoyed a lot of sleeping in the garden - combining this with a bit of rat surveillance.
I had a video call with my old team from work - 5 of us, it was wonderful to see them.
In the evening I went to see the Salt Path. Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs are both superb in it - I think. I might be the only person who hadn’t read the book already, and I found the unfolding of the story very moving. And of course the south west coast path looks heavenly. Though possibly not if you’re homeless and having to camp night after night with insufficient food
