Mates

Today the "gang of twelve" met at one of the old and refurbished hotels in Timaru (the Queen stayed here back in the day) for lunch. Our Nelson mates were holidaying down here and beyond, mates from Christchurch drove down for our luncheon.  
My blip is Doug and Trev (Nelson) with the cake presented to them - these two back in 1966 combined to celebrate their 21st birthday with family and friends....and here we all are sixty-nine years later all together and above ground.  So much to be thankful for.
