Ian enjoying a nice cold drink at the Antiques cafe after getting all hit and bothered at Parkrun.

I decided not to walk it as I had a headache and a sunny stomp would not have made that better. I settled for cheering Ian on instead.

After a cool down and a shower we then headed to M&S to pick up some goodie treats and gave a nice cuppa.
