Hot Tarmac

Lots going on outside in the road. Lots of noise, lots of smell and then there's the vibration, enough to shake the foundations. 

They seem to have done a good job as far as I can tell and I'm pleased to say that the bit from our house to the top is all complete. Tomorrow should be a bit more quiet
