A late walk
We went to Cornwall’s record archives at Kresen Kernow in Redruth this morning and I booked a slot for Thursday afternoon to look at owners of parcels of land at the end of the 18th century.
After that we met old friends who abandoned us about fifteen years ago for a better life down here in Cornwall. We had a long, leisurely lunch catching up on what they’ve been up to.
Back to base where we changed and did a four mile walk around Tehidy woods, which is where we spotted this buzzard searching for dinner. The squirrels are a real nuisance around the lake area and one climbed up my leg, giving me a bit of a fright, and ratty was hoovering up around the picnic tables. See extras.
