Slightly Wonky

A wabi-sabi flat white in Gala today. Our novice barista was apologetic. Little did she know we had just been to get our eyes tested and neither could see straight thanks to the drops we'd just had put in. That's a very inelegant sentence ... 

The mural of Sir Walter Scott in the extra looks a bit distorted too. It can't be easy painting on a rough stone wall.

The eye tests went well, neither of us needs new specs. My pressures have gone down a bit and the cataracts don't need action yet. So, all in all, a good outcome.
