Waiting for something to trickle down....

I suppose hopeful cats sitting underneath bird tables are a sort of illustration of trickle down economics , with the odd disaster feeding  frustrated optimism.  

Anyway this is Orla's favourite place, where  I suspect she thinks she  is invisible.
