Mother of Thousands.

Born in the 6th century. Died c 564.
Patron saint of Cornwall.
I got this plant last Summer from Rishton Festival at a Churches Together plant stall. I had never seen one before and had to Google the details of how to care for it. The bonus is it makes many little plants that grow easily on a warm windowsill. I now have eight of them. I'm just waiting for the next Summer Fair to give the extra plants to a plant stall.
It is still mixed weather here with mostly sunshine, very cold, strong gusty wind and showers. It is a pleasant 20.3c indoors. We quickly rescued the nearly dry washing from the line. Hunter loves to sit under the Oak tree in the back garden, watching for starlings. None were killed today thank goodness. No sign of Jasper the visiting cat. Holly has been indoors next to me on her red cushion dreaming and stretching blissfully. She doesn't like windy weather.
My new blue cagoul was delivered. It folds up nice and small and came with a useful mesh carrying bag. It is ideal to have it in my shopping bag in this current changeable weather.
I did some gardening earlier. I have many Everlasting Flowers grown from seed. They needed individual flowerpots and that is done now. I kept them in the greenhouse because I don't want the slugs to feast on them. They are not flowering yet.
I watched Quiet Man while eating my lunch. The main stars were John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara.
Have a lovely day blip friends and thank you for visiting my site today.
