It is like November weather. Cold, rainy with low clouds. Google weather says its 14c feels like 13c but in fact it is colder.

I enjoyed morning Mass at the Parish Church. Year 5 from the Primary school joined us and it always brings extra energy and joy. Father engages the children very successfully. Hopefully they will continue coming to Church as they grow up.

I am going to make Paul some fresh Italian ground coffee. He loves it.

Hunter took down a starling fledgling this afternoon. It died on the lawn. I buried the poor bird and I nearly cried. What was worse than the death of the vulnerable bird, was when the parent bird came back to feed it and it wasn't there. That was heartbreaking.
So now Paul has taken down all the seed feeders and mealworms. I will miss the birds but at least the young ones will be safe from the cats.
