Swiss Marbled Whites …

… have been out in numbers when it wasn’t raining today. I have a bit of jungle in the garden, apart from the lawns, and saw several of them passing through. This one is a male, the females are more cream coloured. Extra shows the underwing. These really mark the start of summer here, so it was delightful to see them today for the first time.


A big catch up in the house and garden after a week away of course and now it is yoga till 8pm so there won’t be much blip catch up just yet. Apologies, but you all know how it is.
