Unfolding

All the red, apart from the high bits are now done! I'm working at the theatre in Kalmar the next two days so I'm on a short break from painting, which is good for my back I think, it's very tender at the moment.

My peony is unfolding its red in the garden, one of my favourite flowers. I have two more peonies that has a slightly different look, they will be ready to bloom in a week I think. 

While having my evening tea on the veranda I was visited by this Admiral-butterfly, begging to be photographed, it actually came back three times to the same space to make sure I had the camera ready.
