Less than a foot
We drove down to the Lizard with the intention of walking towards Cadgwith Cove but the rain clouds were having in that direction and as we set off it started to rain. Back to a cafe for a hot chocolate and once it stopped we walked across the top to Kynance instead.
Lunch overlooking the sea above Kynance where a couple of Choughs were messing about overhead and chattering. It’s the first time we’ve seen them other than in Wales, so a lovely surprise.
Whilst all that was going on a Little Rock Pipit was standing in front of us asking for food. It was lovely to see one so close but also disappointing that it was so tame. Mixed feelings. This was JJ’s foot it was standing by.
Back along the coast path and a total of five and a half miles.
Extras added.
