Celf Haniaethol

Celf Haniaethol ~ Abstract Art

“Science has expanded the artistic horizons of photography into the limitless universe of the galaxies, - the microcosm of the cell and even to the world of the molecule and the atom. The extraordinary thing is that the photographic representation of shapes and forms at the level of these two incomprehensible abstractions has already demonstrated that the aesthetics of these disparate worlds will be a source of wonder and inspiration for the photographers and artists of the next 150 years.”
― Bede Morris, (Bede Morris, Photography and art, Images : illusion and reality, Australian Academy of Science, 1986, ISBN 0-85847-131-0, p. 77)

Bron bob bore rydw i'n gwagio'r peiriant golchi llestri ac weithiau rydw i'n ffeindio darn o gelf haniaethol ymhlith y llestri. Y bore yma roedd yn llwy yn adlewyrchu patrwm yr enfys ar un o'r powlenni. Rydych chi erioed wedi gwybod beth ddych chi’n mynd i ffeindio yn ystod (in the course) y dydd.

Almost every morning I empty the dishwasher and sometimes I find a piece of abstract art amongst the dishes. This morning it was a spoon reflecting the rainbow pattern on one of the bowls. You have never known what you are going to find during (in the course) of the day.
